    Definitely not alone. It took me until baby 4 to finally wake up lol. I just celebrated 2 1/2 years at being on my health journey. Once you hit your goal weight, if you stay active you should be able to enjoy a few of your favorites over the weekend. I weigh myself every Friday morning and then I pick 2-3 of my favorites over the weekend. Sunday afternoon we meal prep and then we return to our strict eating Monday through Friday. I have 4 kids and work 6-3 and hour away from home so I completely understand the struggles. We need to feel our best to keep up with all we do. Hang in there!
