Changing progress picture

Does anyone know how to change the progress photo? I accidentally uploaded one that was not meant to be. Thank you!

    Once under progress section, on the left side will
    be your “entries” and on the right will be the uploaded photo. Swipe your finger to the left and click remove photo.
