Can I eat back my calories from yesterday?

Hello all! I'm going to keep this short and sweet. Would it be a wise decision to eat back the calories you burned yesterday if you're feeling a bit more peckish the next? For example- according to my fitbit tracker, I burned 2700 calories yesterday, but only at 1900. If I wanted to go a few calories over my maintenance the next day, would that hinder anything? (My maintenance is around 2050 calories a day. it might be a little lower since today I am taking a break from any and all exercise)
Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

It's absolutely fine. If you're a daily weigher, you might see a temporary small weight gain from just having more food in your body or eating more carbohydrates, but it won't stall your actual weight loss progress.
I "cycle" my calories this way all the time (saving calories for the weekend, eating them the next day, etc).1 -
It’s a deficit of 3,500 calories to loose a lb - I generally look at what I’ve done for a week vs a day
So to answer directly, no, it won’t effect going a little over the next day
Hope this helps0 -
I always eat by week vs by day.0

I average my calories weekly and I'm down 130 lbs.1
