My motivation

Got dumped by tx message and that’s what motivated me to lose weight and gain muscle. I been focusing on myself like I was told and I haven’t stopped. I got into some depression but running, dropping this weight and making myself a better person has helped me in so many ways. I still think about my ex and why and what happened and it just angers me and motivates me to overcome and beat the feelings

A great pursuit and vastly underrated. You a fan of the movie Groundhog Day? It’s how Phil gets unstuck.

Been there too and others here are/were in same boat. Try to leave the past behind and look forward.
You were told to "focus on yourself?"

Phil takes music lessons, studies poetry, practices generousity in deed and in spirit, he helps others who are in need.

I’ve read a lot of weight loss message board posts, don’t remember anyone flat out saying they are trying to be a better person in the face of personal trials. It’s really the only way out I think.
