I just joined MFP and have about 97lbs to lose. I will complete it by eating a whole foods plant-based diet with experimentation in different forms of exercise. I'll be using this website to help track my meals and exercise until I can do it intuitively. I'll be leaving my food diary public if ya want to snoop (I'll start filling it out tomorrow since I'm done eating for the day).

So... just wanted to say hi to everyone.
