Counting calories works!!!

This isnt really a discussion, more of a "ah-ha moment". I have been going to the gym for the past 3 years and have not noticed a difference in my weight. I have seen my body become more defined and have better posture but I did not drop any weight. I decided it's time for a diet change. I started using this app and watched my calories... I ALREADY LOST 7 POUNDS IN 10 DAYS!! I wish I knew about caloric intake 3 years ago!

  • Congrats it does work. I don't have lots of time to workout but counting calories does wonders.

    I know right? I also reckon the whole low carb thing works because of the calories in carbs - check how many cals in 1 cup oats or a slice of bread - unreal!
