I recently purchased the Proform Elliptical Hybrid. It's the elliptical/recumbent bike in one. Well, it came with 2 workout dvd's. And the work says to do the 10 min workout everyday. And it kicks my butt, it changes resistances and from elliptical to bike. My question is, is 10 min a day enough? I feel like it isn't yet I'm exhausted afterwards. And it makes me feel like what I'm doing isn't good enough. I'm lost 28lbs in 16 wks. And still have 47 to go? Also, would doing 10 min in the AM and another 10 before bed be better? I have 4 kids and not much time to spend. Thanks.

Start where you can, add on more as you go.. work up to longer periods.

Off topic - how do you like it? I really want to buy some exercise equipment so I can "steal" ten minutes here and there. I looked up this piece, and it's affordable. Would you recommend it?

I started with Ten Minute Trainer at 323 lbs last year.

I'm now doing workouts like Insanity 80 something pounds later.

Find a starting point, go from there.

I love it!! And I recommend it for anyone who has kids, a busy schedule, or can't make to the gym. It takes 10mins. But it's intense. My legs are super sore after each workout. And the next dvd has 20 min fast burn workouts. But I will be trying those next week. Just trying to build endurance now. And I eat 1200-1220 cals a day and keep my carbs under 50. So I'm hoping these 10 mins will be effective for now
