I’m 46 (almost)
I like nature (Hello Sun... Hello sunsets!)
I love pickles!
Oh, and Netflix...
Especially a good documentary.
Black is my favorite color.
Oh, and, I like Shrimp.
I work out 3-5 times a week.
I eat pretty clean.
I’m also Gluten free (but not by choice.)
However, I’m struggling to lose the last 5-7 pounds.
Because I’ve been lazy and Netflix has some pretty good series out.
Crap.
I have logged almost all my meals. Baby steps!
Anyways, my goal is to be consistent until my birthday in April.

Netflix should be banned, too addictive, i dont log my meals, i love nature documentaries and sunrises, but getting up to see them can be a drag. Eating clean is the best way to live and btw, dont just be consistent until your birthday, make it a way of life and do it forever! Good luck Happykat5!1 -

I am on track to turn 46 in a month! ( well, if I make it that far!). I feel more grounded at 45 then I ever did in my 20’s

I agree that you look nowhere near almost 46! You are gorgeous! Nice to meet you! I am also struggling with losing the last bit of weight...10 pounds to be exact! I also love Netflix so maybe that's why!2

Since you’ve mentioned all the things needed to change in your routine you should be on the right track spend less time watching Netflix meal prep and spend more time off the couch1
