First mini break since starting MFP

I feel a bit silly posting about this but I'm going on a mini break with my BF over the next 3 days and I'm a little nervous as this is my first trip since starting MFP in January! It's an overnight ferry trip over to Amsterdam for the day then back again.

I'm a pretty routine eater (roughly the same diet/planned meals and exercise day in and out) which I find helps keep me on track but going away means it will be difficult to try stay ahead of the game. I know on Thursday I'll be doing lots of walking around the city for the day, so I'll have my Fitbit to keep me right plus for the driving journey (2hrs each way) I'll pack sandwiches and fruit.

Just need to keep the head straight and pick sensible choices for dinner/breakfast...wish me luck :)

    Have fun!
    I did the sandemans free walking tour when I was there and loved it.
    Hopefully you walk enough you can fit in a fries cone with sauce cause they are great or at least share one.
