The "Management 15"

Anyone else out there working to lose weight accumulated during a stressful year?
Last year, I accepted my first management position, which was good stress but still stressful. I gave up my active commute (no time!), spent late nights at my desk, grabbed lunch from a vending machine, and began stress eating on the regular.
I started to realize that something was wrong when I went looking for swimsuits last summer. The change became harder to ignore when I pulled out my winter wardrobe and found that nothing fit anymore. But, the real wake-up call came when I visited my PCP for strep throat and got on a scale for the first time in a year. Up 15 pounds. Ouch.
So, I'm getting back on course. The goal is to fit into the pant suit I wore when I interviewed for this job.
Did anyone else out there gain the "management 15"? What were your keys to success?

Same for me but definitely more than the management 15...More like management 25 and was heavy to begin with. I have been on mfp for 38 days and am determined to shed the weight. I make it a point to workout 3 times a week during lunch and find I am more energized throughout the day and just plan my meals. It seems to be working as I am down 15 lbs. Doesn't do any good to burn the candle at both ends as you lose your mental focus.1
