Diet plan and supplements.

I am 19 y/o, 6ft 2 and weigh around 12 st 5.
I play football on a daily basis at a club and go to the gym most days carrying out a LPP workout. I am looking for a diet plan that will help me bulk up a bit and put on muscle mass. At the moment I am trying to eat healthy however am a bit in the dark when it comes to planning out. I currently use these supplements- whey, BCAA, creatine, dextrose. Any help is appreciated thanks
