Diet plan and supplements.

I am 19 y/o, 6ft 2 and weigh around 12 st 5.
I play football on a daily basis at a club and go to the gym most days carrying out a LPP workout. I am looking for a diet plan that will help me bulk up a bit and put on muscle mass. At the moment I am trying to eat healthy however am a bit in the dark when it comes to planning out. I currently use these supplements- whey, BCAA, creatine, dextrose. Any help is appreciated thanks

Bulking is the best Make sure you get enough protein, but don't overdo it. 170g should be enough. Then fill up the rest of your calories with fat and protein in the ratio you prefer1

Eat more of any (calorie dense) foods you like. If you're afraid to eat more, even after getting advice that you have to eat more to achieve your goal, seek professional help.1
