A few people that I’ve talked to have told me I’m overdoing my workouts.. I’m burning anywhere from 6-900 calories in my hour workouts8

Honestly? Slow down. If you're dropping 3.5 lbs per week, unless you're over 350lbs, it's too fast. How much are you trying to lose?
I have this chart bookmarked from https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10019216/1-or-2-lbs-per-week/p1 but it's been reprinted on this site numerous times.
75+ lbs set to lose 2 lb range
Between 40 - 75 lbs set to lose 1.5 lb range
Between 25-40 lbs set to lose 1 lb range
Between 15-25 lbs set to lose 1 -.50 lb range
Less than 15 lbs set to lose 0.5 lbs range5 -
Quick is not always best. You can seriously risk your health in most occasions.3

I weigh 148 right now and I want to be at 1302

I know I’m probably not trying to do it the healthiest way I’m just so eager to see big results.. I find myself obsessing over working out and dieting.. I mean it is literally all I think about11

Pretty much exactly the same as me - I'm 169cm tall and 39 though. If you continue to exercise and limit calories to what MFP tells you - 1200 for me, you'll drop the weight pretty quick. I am talking at least a pound a week for me so far. You look younger though is it could be quicker for you.1

Yeah I’m 28 and I’m losing weight but this is the first time I’ve ever worked out in my life so I want to see results NOW like we all do.. then I find myself getting discouraged and I can’t stay away from stepping on the scale1

You're in Houston. Step outside for 3 hours. 20 lb, gone.
Joking aside, if that is a very recent photo, then you would be netting very few calories per day to lose that fast.
That's another way of saying,
My, my, you have a lovely head of hair. It'd be a shame if you did something to make it fall out.
SLOW DOWN. TDIP, Esther, and Michelle are good resources to heed.15 -

I wasn't going to post. I sooo was not going to post. Because really. Did you lose zero or did you lose 7 lbs? And how much weight do you think it is ok to lose every week? And how healthy do you think it is that you cannot think of anything other than working out and dieting?

<0.5% to 1% of bodyweight per week on average over a 4 to 6 week period. Use a weight trend app to measure. Learn about weight fluctuations. And the difference between fat and weight.>13 -
But I absolutely love the healthy lifestyle.. I made working out my little hobby so all is going well won’t that part. I love hitting the gym2

My advise for quick results is to not aim for quick results. You don't have much to lose to get to your goal. I'd say do 1/2 lb to a 1 lb a week. You'll eventually get worn out doll. Plus obsessing over anything isn't healthy. Hang in there get a decent amount of exercise and try to make healthy choices.7

^This is a problematic mindset.
We're all wanting to lose weight and get to goal, and we've all experienced that disappointment of a week or two or three where a loss doesn't happen. But obsession is a big flag. You are close to goal and it's going to be slow, healthy is always better than quick.6 -
Well I’ve lost 7 pounds so far according to the scale.. look idk what’s healthy and what’s not. This is my first time working out and dieting in my life never done it before1 -

Losing 3.5 pounds per week isn't a healthy lifestyle, though. You're risking burnout, injuries, thinning hair, brittle nails, etc if you keep that pace or try to speed it up even further.
Do you have long-term goals? Fitness goals? Body or health goals? You say that you're "obsessing" over this and that it's "all you think about." Balance is important in life and putting aside other, important things in your life to do this isn't a healthy lifestyle.
Take a step back and slow down. Look at that bigger picture.14 -
Thanks guys. I’m just gonna have to do a little more research on what exactly is the healthy way. I’m just eager to get the results I want which I’m sure we all are..1

Doing cardio every day is fantastic for your health and wellbeing. Don't give it up. Just eat back those exercise calories and aim to lose no more than 1 pound a week. Add some resistance training a few days a week. This way your muscle loss will be significantly less as will your hair loss. But if you don't mind hair falling out by the handfuls, a stuffed up metabolism and muscle loss which will give no muscle definition at all, and rapid weight gain once you reach your goal then feel free to keep going as you are.5
