Experiment with what you may like. The lowest calorie thing I've found was jicama. Sliced thin and eaten cold they are very high in fiber, taste sugary, but are very low in calories. Sprinkled with butter and cinnamon and baked for a few minutes they taste like crunchy cinnamon rolls.

Another that works well is to have a tbsp of hummus with a stick of celery. The hummus can be gotten with various flavorings.

If you want 60 chocolate calories, there's dark chocolate squares. That's supposed to be good for your brain.

None of those are salty carby things. I lose control with those.

One of my favorite snacks. (You can find it at Walmart, Target (and although Aldi’s) Laughing cow cheese. One triangle is 35 calories. Spread it on your favorite veggies or a low cow cracker. Just hit up with a lil salt and pepper...
    Dude! It’s so good!
Calorie count for two wedges- 70 calories for 2 triangles . Get out your celery or peppers and have fun without the guilt!

I just eat them on their own or wrapped in a slice of ham

    baby carrots
    dill pickles
    string cheese
    deli ham/turkey
    HB eggs
    beef jerky
    popcorn

Sometimes I combine some/all of the above into a smorgasbord dinner for one when my husband and son are out of the house.

Cucumbers are my favorite. Sometimes if I have enough calories I make guacamole and dip the cucumbers in like they are chips.

4 oz of Siggi's brand skyr with a tablespoon of honey. It's about 100 cals, but it's thick, tangy, sweet, satisfying and seriously has more protein than I get in some of my meals. I buy the tub to save money and control my portions a little better, but it's worth the fuss. A snack isn't worth having if I'm still hungry after eating it, imo.

Depends on what you're looking for.

A serving of mixed nuts is a frequent one for me if I'm needing something with substance, but the calories are a bit higher.

Beef or turkey jerky is another favorite, just the cost gets a bit silly.

I keep a bag of individually wrapped Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares at my desk for a sweet tooth attack - they satisfy that and are low calorie.

    Greek yogurt

Any sliced veggies or baby carrots if I want some crunch.

Air popped popcorn (or a "light" kettle corn) if I just have the "nibbles"

Chia seeds soaked in protein shake with cinnamon on top! Trust me it's yummy.
    Greek yogurt with berries
    Eggs
    Jerkey
    Biltong
    Nuts
Veg with a homemade yogurt and mint dip

I have also been known to make mini omelettes and 'muffins' with turkey bacon
