<-- Me in my profile pic from 4.5 years ago... I have about 10 extra pounds on me, in part as I didn't reduce what I was eating while I am nursing a nagging knee injury and nor when I first hurt my ankles 2 years ago which are still not fully recovered. So it isn't just the weight, I would like to be able to do what I did then while playing sports (run faster and longer, jump higher, sharper cuts)1
