    Has been a long time friend that I always love to chat with!

    To "re-feed" after 11 days of no carbs I one time ate 11 1/2 *giant* pancakes at an all you can eat pancake place for $5. Took me an hour and a half. I put 2 x butter packets and 1 x syrup packet on each and counted the calories afterwards which totalled 5800 for breakfast. The waitress said the most she's ever seen eaten is 13. I also ate dinner and had dessert! I also gained 11 pounds in 24 hours. I did well.

    Hmm I don't know much about you...loyality is an awesome trait to have though...you can't find many loyal people nowadays :)

    If I see someone stranded on the road I always stop to help them :) ...youll be seeing me on the news someday I'm sure :o
