So this is my third week being consistent working out and eating healthy. This is my second week using this app. I’m thinking of listing the workouts i do, not sure. Anyways I’m working out six days a week. Giving myself a rest day here and there. I definitely don’t have to, but enjoy it. I also am working out so frequently as to stay consistent. Consistency and food proportions are something I struggle with. I’m getting so much better, and can’t wait to see where this progress takes me. Add me as a friend!
