When did you first start to notice the weight loss?

So I started using MFP about two weeks ago at 16 stone 10. I have managed to lose 11lb since then now weighing 15 stone 13. I am just curious when everybody else started to notice their weight loss as I haven't noticed any changes in my appearance or body yet! I know this may take time but I am keen to know when I will start seeing the loss! Thanks in advance everyone

in my clothes and measurements first and then in my face0

The first week after I weighed myself. If you truly track and watch the calories it will work.0

I have lost 23 pounds and 13 inches. I also noticed in the way my clothes fit and in my face especially.0

For me it was at about 14 lbs/1 stone. Until then it's iffy whether it was noticeable much in my clothes and such.0

11 lbs. In two weeks probably involves a lot of water weight: I noticed that my hands and ankles were less puffy at that stage.
I am nearing 20 lbs now and it has mostly come off my thighs and ribs. My pants fit the same around my waist and hips, but are baggy at the bottom of my butt and around my thighs.1 -
I'm ~16kg (~35lb) down so far an my clothes have gotten very loose and roomy lately so that's the first thing I've noticed. I can also kinda notice a slight difference in my face but nothing pronounced.
I honestly don't see any changes in my body yet but obviously if my clothes are starting to be too big and not fit right then something's happening even if the change is so gradual that my brain isn't seeing it.2 -
Also my wrists. My wrists were an 8-1/2 when I started. Now they are a 6-1/20

I notice weight loss in my stomach and ribs more than anywhere else. Where do you carry your weight? I'm a hips and thigh girl, and that's where fat stays the longest. Give it time. It will happen!!1

I had a total of 60lbs to lose and have lost 15 lbs of that so far. Can't wear my clothes and digging in my closet for size downs. People notice too!0

My face and legs is always the first places I notice! My face doesn't look as puffy as it did when I started and I've also noticed I have ankle bones again!0

You tend not to notice the changes when you see yourself in the mirror every day, it wasn't until I started taking progress pictures and comparing them to older photos that I started to see the visible changes.1

It took me around 16 pounds lost to notice a difference in how I looked. By then, I had gone down a size in jeans. But I think despite the evidence I'd lost some inches, it takes a while for your brain to catch up and allow you to really see how much you've changed. Definitely start taking pictures from the front, side and back. The differences come slowly and subtly, but when you look back at where you started you'll see the changes. The mirror doesn't always signal to your brain that, hey! look! there's my improvement.0
