It might help if you shared your goals. You are welcome to my 7 days of 10k steps, 5 days of yoga, 3 days of body weight exercises routine, though.4

Depends on your goals, if you are looking for a weight lifting routine, I suggest you research Starting Strength and/or 5/3/1 as they both give great results typically.0

It really depends on what you want to achieve. My current training plan is Mon: Swim and Cycle, Tue: Run, Wed: Cycle and Run, Thurs: Rest/Weights, Fri: Swim and Cycle, Sat: Cycle and Run, Sun: Rest/Weights0
