Three months ago A1C it was 7.0, and it now it 6.3!
I cut out all unnecessary sugars and quinoa, beans, vegetables, and fruits.

I have seen a dramatic improvement cutting grains, but eating lots of veggies. Fiber is an important micronutrient!3 -
