Newbie to app. Looking to help others

I am just figuring out these bulletin board things I posted something earlier but I think I need introduce myself here. I used to do a lot of triathlons but due to some career ending injuries I am no longer able to compete in those races. And I kind of got burned out from doing them anyway. I love to Disc Golf but that is not a real high calorie burning activity.I’ve been gradually gaining weight. I’m fairly active. I am an RN x 30yrs and a PE teacher so I do have a good background in health and fitness. I find if I help others it helps me. Would like to look more fit.
I have never liked Facebook so I’m going to give this a shot when I used to do a lot of triathlons i used to belong to a triathlon club bulletin board posting site and I did seem to help me with training and keeping on track. Would like to get motivation from others and help out others so that’s enough for now
