33yo vegetarian/vegan mama to lose 20lb!

Hi, I recently turned vegetarian and am working toward vegan. I'm a 33yo mama and I weigh 144lb. I'm looking to lose about 20, with a focus on becoming more healthy and happy. I love yoga, biking, walking, rock climbing when I can, and just about anything outdoors and active. My daughter is 2. I would love some more friends who are in a similar place!
