Chia pudding. So easy to make. A cup of milk (I use dairy but you can also use nut milks) three tablespoons of chia seeds and a few drops of liquid stevia or other sweetener. Sometimes I add chocolate powder. Put it all in a small mason jar, shake it up and leave in the fridge for a few hours. Great for breakfast or dessert and keeps me feeling full for hours.0

I made a burrito out of ground turkey patty 3oz cup up, sharp cheddar cheese .5oz, 60g pinto beans (my husband makes yummy beans)& hot sauce rolled up in a lite flatbread, 430 cal. for dinner I'm having the last of the pork roast I made in the crock pot, I'm making some of the ramen style noodles I got at costco to pour some of the sauce over1

Flavored up with cinnamon, ginger and some black pepper (my standard spice mix), some vanilla. Had some leftover butternut squash puree, which I threw in there along with kefir instead of milk. Came out pretty good!0 -
