Bananas potassium

Logging bananas does not accrue potassium???

    Depends on the database entry you used (entries are user generated and not always accurate). I look for the USDA choices, they are typically better.

    The vast majority of the database is user-created and prone to incomplete/inaccurate entries. If you search for “bananas raw” I believe that entry includes everything.

    I gave up trying to find an entry that included it. Even scanning the bar code on my bananas didn't bring it up!

    I use "Usda 09040 - Banana, Raw" which includes potassium
