Half Marathon Training and New Friends

In 2012 I successfully lost 120 lbs using MFP and by taking up running. I've successfully completed 5Ks, 10Ks, and Half Marathons. I live in Houston, so during the summer there aren't many races due to the heat and humidity. I also took a break from MFP during that time, but now that race season is around the corner, I've picked training back up and logging food as well.
