If I go for a 30 minute power walk .. should I log that as exercise or is that already being accounted for in my steps!?
Thank you

I don't count steps, so I would consider a 30 minute power walk to be deliberate exercise which should be logged.
For those who use a Fitbit or other device synchronized directly to the MFP App, it might have to be regarded differently.1 -
If you're already counting steps that are giving you exercise calories, you do not want to log as exercise.1
