I was wondering if it matters how many calories you burn in a week and if that will effect your weight loss. I am 5'5 and weigh 135lbs. I do hiit cardio for about 20 minutes not including a warm up and cool down(3x a week). I also do strength training for about 40 minutes not including warm up or cool down(3x a week). All my workouts come from fitness blender. I try and use their website to estimate calories burned, I use the numbers of calories burned on the low end. By using that to determine my calories burned I burn about 2000 a week. How many calories do you burn per week and has this effected your weight loss? I'm also on a calorie restriction, I usually eat around 1600 - 1700 calories a day.
