I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but I have a quick question about entering your strength training into MFP.
Why bother entering your strength training into MFP? I mean, it doesn't detract any burned calories or anything. All it does is show up on your exercise diary. Is that the only point for entering it, to get it to show up? Or am I missing something here.

You can track your progress if you enter it under strength. There is a strength training option in the Cardiovascular section, but it's generally stated to be inaccurate for calories burned.0

Would be nice if a noticed showed in feed that "XXX completed Y amount of strength training exercises" or just shows something. The encouragement is great, but if I don't do cardio, it doesn't post. Booooo0
