Struggles being a student

Before this semester I was making a lot of progress with my fitness, but with this year im in a college program instead of regular classes (its so much more work)and having 2 jobs I'm being piled on with too much to make time for working out. I've even unfortunately been eating like crap because it's convenient. I'm getting married in a year and want to look my absolute best, but right now with the lack of time and amount of stress I have it seems impossible. I graduate in December, but that won't leave me a lot of time to whip my booty into shape. Any suggestions or supporting words?

Once you make it a habit, having good food on hand is even more convenient than popping in some place to pick up chips or whatever.
Start by buying snack sized ziplocs. Fill them with fruit, veg, nuts, whole grain crackers, hummus (ok, better in a cup than a bag), even most cheese will be fine. Find a high fiber protein bar that you can enjoy. Learn to make a salad that travels well (kale and cabbage both stand up to dressing better than lettuce) and fills you up (we buy a rotisserie chicken every week, shred it and use literally in salads. This way, you keep good food with you at all times. Have either breakfast or dinner at home, depending on your schedule.2
