Weight gain

I’m 25 trying to sign up with the army but I can’t do my physical until I can weigh about 104. I’m at 99lbs. What’s the best way to gain weight in a couple of days? I’ve tried drinking the protein shakes for me they don’t settle well in my stomach. Trying to find foods that I can eat to gain the weight I need

Do you have to continue to "make weight"? Or is it more of a one time thing?
Its certainly possible to add weight by eating food that takes longer to digest like steak.
Also adding more carbs with allow your body to produce more glycogen that in turn will hold more water weight. Just drinking 16oz of water alone will add obviously a lb of weight. More glycogen holding onto water would be substantial. Also more salt to your diet.0
