Hey there! I am new to this app. I am trying to figure everyhting out what I need to do and how to log everything and add friends to my list. I joined because I have had major weight loss success and I really want to keep a close eye on what I am eating and how much protein I am getting in.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
