Anyone else going slow?

I had a baby 6 months ago and a major surgery 5 months ago and I'm still breastfeeding, so my "diet" is just picking healthier or more filling choices when I'm hungry. I'm doing yoga and Pilates once or twice a day, but I feel like all my friends on here are much more intense than I am. I'm looking for other people that are just trying to take it slow. I like having friends on here because it makes me want to log my exercise. I like feeling like I'll disappoint someone if I don't do at least a quick yoga session, since my husband just tells me I'm doing good without keeping me accountable. However, I don't like feeling like people are disappointed they added me because I don't burn hundreds of calories a day and regularly log my food. Just want more people like me

Slow progress is still progress. Keep going! ...... Thought I'd share that saying with you.

That’s what I’m doing too! I had my son just 10 months ago now I know the weight isn’t going to disappear overnight but I’m changing my lifestyle and just going at my own pace. Add me if you like? :)

I've been slowly losing - was 194 on 2/12/17 & now at 167. But, even though I'm not losing at the rate others are, I'm not giving up, I'm not quitting, and I'm learning more about myself. And even though I have spurts of doing great, I also have plateaus, just like real life. This isn't a race for me, this is a new lifestyle. Just keep going, especially when you mess up and try to justify that it's just not working for you. Even if you average losing 0.2lbs each month, you're still less than you used to be. Just use this journey to improve yourself as a whole person instead of rushing to be the first one to the finish line, like some people try to do (my former self included). Feel free to add me. :)<3

Be accountable to you and you owe nothing to no one but you!
    Slow and steady you go!

Hate the word "diet"!!! Makes me cringe! This should be YOUR lifestyle change for all to go well!

Going super slow. Mainly because I cant eat below 1200 net. Goal is 0.25lbs/week. It can get frustrating as scale doesnt move much, but I track data over months and see a downward trend. That is OK with me at this point.
