    I'd sit up, rub my eyes, and wonder where I was. Is this my house? My bed? What's going on? Who is this lying next to me?
    None of this makes sense...am I going mad?
    Staggering to the window, I'd gaze outside. What do I see? Is it light, is it dark? I can't tell if it's morning or night. Confusion abates as panic sets in--a mirror! I need a mirror! Am I even still myself?
    I pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming. Ouch. Well, that sucked.
    There's a knock at the door, but in my panic, I'm too terrified to answer it. I freeze in place, and there it is again--a gentle rapping that I silently pray will go away.
    A low, gentle moan reminds me of the stranger in the bed. Will she have answers?
    ...do I want to know?
