Hi. So I tried MFP about 2 years ago and my head wasn't in it and I actually gained instead of losing. I got pregnant with my 3rd baby in 2016 and she was born that November. I was pretty sick with gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia and had to be induced a month early because my liver enzymes shot through the roof. I joined Weight watchers 2 weeks after she was born and managed to drop 60lbs. I wasn't a fan of the program switch so here I am again. I need to lose another 60-70 lbs before I think I will be happy with where I am at health-wise. I'm 28 yrs old, a coach's wife (he coaches football, middle school girls basketball, and is the head softball coach and also teaches 6th grade social studies), and I am a mom of 3 girls. I'm needing to get healthy so that I can stick around for a long time. I don't really want my husband to remarry someone he likes me than me haha

Welcome,
Sounds like you had a tough third pregnancy, I am glad everything turned out well and you had a healthy baby girl!
I think these two links are extremely helpful and can help you get the most out of MFP:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1234699/logging-accurately-step-by-step-guide/p1
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1
The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
~Best wishes on your journey
