Newb stronglifts help

OK so... I researched about perfect form to start stronglifts 5x5 BUT I'm confused.Do I do 5 sets if 5 of each exercise and then move on to the next?or go through them 1 at a time relay style? Also what do you do when whoever was using the squat bar didn't take the weights off?there was like 200 lbs on it and I couldn't unload it without it falling over or dying lol. TIA

For that program, do all your sets of one lift before moving on to the next lift.2

Because of the exercises in involved, you are expected to do all of one exercise and more on. You should be enough recovery to complete the next set before you start. If you did them as a superset, you would more than likely have to drop weight on each set instead of hold it constant, which you are supposed to0

Look for someone who looks stronger than you, and not actively engaged in a set or series and ask for help.
"Would you mind helping me unload the rack, I don't want to hurt myself."2
