Hi, Lynn here. I have been taking a health and wellness at our local hospital for about 5 months, losing 10# total but gaining 1 -2 routinely, too! I have been in recovery for compulsive overeating thru a 12 step program 19+ years, attending meetings when available [another one just closed]. 198 # 5 ft 5 1/2 inches tall, living w/ chronic pain when affects my entire life.

Hello Lynn, The Introduce Yourself section gets so many new "hi" discussions every day that it is very easy for one to fall off the front page. Please do not give up. You can use the "Search" button up there in blue to search for such things as "chronic pain" or "compulsive overeating" or any subject you wish and perhaps find people with similar issues.
