Hi, I am new to this although I lost a stone a couple of years ago via slimming world so I know some things to avoid like scones, pastry, butter. I found rich tea biscuit with a cuppa instead of chocolate bar helped. Chicken is good. Also I have an active fryer which helps. I would love to hear if you have any tips too. My name is esther0
