So I recently read up on trans fats on how bad they are, and when i checked all my foods like peanut butter, it has trans fats written at "0" but they mention hydrogenated vegetable oils in the ingredients list.
If i continue to consume his peanut butter, will it kick me out of ketosis or just harm my body?

Definitely no the the first - unless it contains enough carbs to kick you out. Possibly, but unlikely, to the second.0

I think the second is a no unless you eating the peanut butter by the truckload.0

Partially hydrogenated oils contain trans fats. Fully hydrogenated do not: http://www.berkeleywellness.com/healthy-eating/food/article/hydrogenated-oils.0
