I like making plain popcorn (I microwave corn kernels in a brown lunch bag) and tossing them with different spice mixtures. Chili and lime is my current favorite. The calories when made without oil are pretty low, especially for the volume!3

I just got a little personal size hot air popper and I love it! 3 cups for about 100 cals is very filling. This week I tried spraying with pickle juice - not bad at all.2 -
Tomatoes, bell pepper ... any other vegetable that can be eaten raw ...3

I don't really snack, but sometimes one of my meals will end up being really small and what others might consider a snack. The lowest calorie foods that fill me up for a long time are:
~ fage 2% plain greek yogurt, 7 oz (150 calories)
~ 2-3 oz of chicken breast with either guac or hummus or ranch/hot sauce (varies, about 150-250 calories)
~ protein shake (mine is 125 calories)
~ cottage cheese, sometimes with veg to dip in it
These foods reliably fill me up and prevent me from falling into a grazing way of eating where nothing hits the spot.
