NSV: Water Retention? What water retention!

For the past 35 days I have upped my water intake drastically. From 500ml a day to 2L-3L a day! I also cut out soda, not completely actually I still have a bit once a week but I've gone from 1L of diet pepsi a day to 500ml of diet coke once or twice a week (if I'm feeling really weak).

The result?

Drastic reduction in swelling!

I've only lost 4lbs BUT my body isn't as swollen. I LOOK smaller, despite such a small loss. It's intense!

My engagement ring is now loose on my finger, before it was so tight I struggled to get it off every night and it left massive red indentations on my finger but now it could easily slip off!!! No indentations, no discomfort. Obviously that's a problem but a problem I'm loving!

It's insane what a difference proper water intake can make!

So my first weight loss tip as a veteran of 35 days is drink water! All the water! All the time!

:D

If your pee is light colored, you're doing alright. I hate having to go pee all the time, it is very inconvenient.

I figured as my pee was light colored that I was all right too but I see now I was retaining water like CRAZY! I feel better now with more water too. Just more awake and more alert all the time. It's great!
