                    Hi Everyone,
I’ve been feeling run down for awhile and I want to lose about 45lbs. Just need energy and motivation . Always tired.
Does anyone have any advice on staying motivated? I like bike riding and dancing.

            Change one thing at a time? drinking lots of water, working out and changing your diet all at once was overwhelming for me.. small steps and realistic goal setting is keeps me going at the moment.. Good luck!5

            I agree. 1 thing at a time. Focus first on your diet and give it a few weeks before adding in workouts.2
