Pregnancy and Weight

Hi there,

I've just found out I'm pregnant (very early stages). I was trying to lose weight before trying for another bub but life had different idea's.

So who knows how much weight is a healthy range to gain during pregnancy and how many calories I should be aiming for per day?

    Congrats! Any (logical) person should tell you to focus more on eating a well balanced diet and keep moving! I was able to keep working out with my trainer with my last pregnancy to almost the very end. I focused more on eating the right things, this helped me to not over eat. I managed to keep my weight gain in check with all 3 of my pregnancies, and got better with each one 20 - 20 - 12. Talk to your doctor, hopefully they'll be uber supportive of your efforts, but trying to lose while pregnant is a bad idea all around. Good luck!
