I’ve hit a plateau...

I broke my foot last September and during the long recovery I gained 10 pounds. I’m now seven weeks into reestablishing healthy eating and exercise and I’ve hit a plateau: my weight hasn’t changed in two weeks. I eat between 1300-1700 calories a day of healthy balanced food and I work out daily - changing it up between running and weight lifting. Any ideas???

Two weeks isn't a plateau. If the change-up in your exercise is recent you could be dealing with water weight from the new exercise. Wait about a month of no loss before your worry about a plateau, especially if you're trying to lose a small amount of weight.2
