Motivation where did you go.....

I am at a crossway it seems. I lost 30 lbs with Myfitnesspal then used weight watchers to lose another 20 lbs. But since the change to Freestyle I have been stuck at a plateau. So I canceled my membership and am back to using Myfitnesspal. But I can't seem to give it 100%. I constantly look at before and during pictures and am proud of how far I have come but seems like I just keep sabotaging myself Any tips?

Don’t be discouraged, you are doing amazingly well and I am both proud and envious of you. I am just getting started at this again and hope to be as successful as you. One day at a time girl, you will get there.0

Concretize how you're sabotaging yourself. What are you doing? What happens directly before? What leads up to it?
Then try to figure out why you're doing it. Are you eating too little, or poorly? Or are you being too good for your own good? Are you sure you want to lose weight, and before you dismiss the idea, don't just think about what you're sacrificing - time, effort and eating whatever, whenever - but also your expectations towards your "new" body, your self image, and how social dynamics may change when someone's body shape and habits change.1 -
