I've lost weight twice with MFP. I'm 5'1". The first set is after losing 70 pounds in 2016. I was over 200 pounds when I started and lost down to 130.
This second set is currently in progress after losing 52 pounds from my last pregnancy. The first photo is a progress shot since I don't have one from the very beginning. I'm down from 195lbs. to 143 in these photos. Currently 142 and still losing. *Edit to add, this is from April 2017 to now, so 11 months.

If that question is for me, this is how: I put my stats into MFP, I bought a food scale, and I weigh and measure everything I eat and drink. I lift heavy to retain more muscle while I lose. That's pretty much it.2 -
You look awesome @DomesticKat. Well done.1

I’m 5’2” and my starting weight was around 150. At that time I was extremely sedentary. I’d had severe PPD and while I’d lost most of the pregnancy weight I still wasn’t fitting into my clothes at almost 2 years after my youngest was born.
I started Weight Watchers and used that to drop down to 120 but I wanted to lose more and found I couldn’t drop anymore with that system. Since then I’ve been using MFP and maintained at 107-110 for several years and am currently in the 102-105 range.
The first picture is from about 7.5 years ago, around 145 lbs. The second picture is from February of this year, around 103 lbs.

Thank you! I started in Dec of 2016, but really got serious about it in the Spring of 2017. To reach my first goal (155 to 130) it took about 9 months. Since then I've lost another 5-6lb.1 -
Took me 2 years to lose 53 lbs. I started at the age of 55. I'm about 35 lbs. heavier now as I started bulking in 2016 in order to become a competitive powerlifter. The low weight range was too difficult for me to lift heavy in competitions
