The 3 day 3 times a day dare challenge recipe is following.
Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon and Cayenne Cleanse Recipe
Ingredients:
1000 ml of water
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 drops of lemon oil (therapeutic grade)
1-2 tbs maple syrup (This is optional but I suggest you use it)
