Starting Your Day in A Positive Way?

Hello all! I am working on revising my morning routine to really help set the stage for my energy and attitude to start the day. I am looking for ideas on how to open up my body in the morning (stretching/breathing etc. for about 10-15 minutes) and am looking for suggestions.

Do you have some practices that you use every morning to help do this? Videos or ones that I can research a bit or see in practice would be great! Thanks in advance!

    Search for AM yoga work sun salutations. The Down Dog app will walk you through the sun salutations.

    I do, but they're tailored to my particular issues.. which might be different than yours. For a generic routine -

    - Walk outside a few minutes, regardless of the weather. Observe and feel gratitude
    - Lay on your back on a swiss ball, like this: https://youtube.com/watch?v=rUrfdsJV2sY Use a small ball (45 cm / 18 inch), unless you're very tall.
    - Do something that moves all your joints - workout, chores, yoga, etc.
