Eating at maintenance for a week

I'm thinking of upping my calories to maintenance this week. With the Easter weekend coming up there'll be extra food to tempt me! I'm only 7 lbs off my target weight so am thinking of having a break until next Tuesday. Do you think this will work? I know it will only put me back a week but I'm scared of habits creeping in and getting off track.

Go for it! Diet breaks are great for resetting your hunger hormones and great for mental health too.5

Think of it as practice for maintenance.6
