Only ate half my meal

I entered all my info for my chefs salad but I can’t finish. How can I indicate that I only ate half without having to go in and alter every ingredient again?

    Are you going to eat the other half at some point? If so, just leave it.

    Otherwise, you do have to alter each ingredient to 0.5 the size it was.

    Or you can just enter a "Quick Tools/Quick add calories" and enter the amount. But then you still have to delete the others.

    You could just add exercise calories equal to half the salad calorie amount. So if the salad was 500 calories, just add 250 calories burnt through exercise to your diary.

    Or you could go manually change each salad-related entry in your diary to half of what you put in, if you want more accuracy.

    Save the logged salad as a meal. Delete all the logged ingredients. Log one half (0.5) of the saved meal.

    Just remember that if you don’t finish your salad that their are “starving children in China”

    If I'm full halfway through a pre-logged meal, I just save it and finish later in the day when I'm hungry again. Don't bother changing anything on MFP.
