Hello! Needing some support.

Hey everyone.

I started using this app on my phone about a month ago to keep track of my food intake and just logged onto the full website version on my computer tonight to change my macros for my eating goals. I saw the community forums and thought I'd introduce myself. I am looking to lose about 20-25 lbs. I workout regularly at the gym and weight lift at least 5 days a week. I have been trying to increase my cardio as well as watch my calorie intake to thin myself down. Would like to have friends for support who are active on this site. I log my food intake everyday during the week and try to during the weekends. I would enjoy meeting new people. I am also thinking about logging progress pics on instagram. Anyway, the first month I lost weight, but I got off the wagon last week and am starting fresh today!
