    I'm a little bigger at 152, at 4"10. My ultimate goal weight is approx 125 but my goal for now is 140.

    I weigh a little less than that but Id still like to be in the late 120's. Don't know if it's possible after the Menopause 10 hit me a few years back.

    I gave up eating lunch and was able to lose it but I could not sustain being hungry most of the time. I guess that's true of all diets, huh? They're a fine idea until you get hungry!!!

    I'm 140 right now and my preferred weight is about 135-138. I thought I wanted to get back in to the 120's (this was after pregnancy had me up to 160) but once I got to 135 my face started looking a little gaunt and I didn't like it. Not to mention it was hard to get to 135, very hard to break past that. I've got some muscle though so I know I weight a bit more due to that. I discovered early on that a number goal is not the end all. My profile pic is of me at 135 and 100% happy about it.

    I’m 63 and 5’2”. I was 140 about two years ago and took a year to get to 128. I’d like to be 125 but haven’t made it yet. I wobble between 128-131. I’ve maintained there for a year, but when summer comes will aim to lose the last few pounds. At least I’m finally learning how to maintain.
